Identity, signage, and interior elements for a colorful little family restaurant in San Marcos, California.
The client requested a very simple and unassuming logo - "Just a font, typed out," she said. I added a fork and spoon for some real PIZAZZ.
A fun, decorative sign for the restaurant. This was a very DIY project, as the sign was sanded and spraypainted in someone's yard (see middle photo).
I'm not sure why gender neutral/unisex restrooms need to continue to have male and female symbols together on the signs. This one just gets right to the point. Based on my final vector art, this was laser cut, stained (again, DIY, done in someone's yard), then adhered to glossy white acrylic.
Another laser cut sign. The baby changing room is right next door to the restroom in the restaurant.
