A card game that condones crime.

Nice Try, Wise Guy is a really fun, fast-paced where you get to yell alot and kill your friends. I played it before it had any images to go along with it, and it was fun even with blank cards with only had printed Helvetica words. Hopefully the game will be even more fun now with a bit of story, character, some flavor copy, and some illustrations in a comic-book noir style.

Each card in the deck of Nice Try, Wise Guy is part of the same story. There are recurring characters, places and objects. Apparently these dames kept dropping their matchbooks all over the city.

A lot of the details are so tiny on the cards, you’ll barely even see the key and cigarettes falling out of the murdered woman’s sequined purse. Unfortunately, this game is very ableist.
